1. WARRANTY SERVICES FOR KIRLOSKAR MAKE DIESEL POWER GENERATORS.

For getting warranty services ensure following.

Diesel Power Generators
  • Strictly observe installation guidelines provided
  • Understand the equipment, its operation, its daily checks, periodic maintenance, its warranty terms & conditions, through your supplier and also by reading the publication provided with product.
  • Ensure your supplier has registered the equipment on CRM of KOEL and transferred the ownership to the 'Dhanashree Technocrats Pvt Ltd'.
  • Carry out daily checks & periodic maintenances without fail.
  • Run the Generator on its specified & balanced load only.
  • Get the servicing done from and use genuine spares, K-oil and K-cool supplied by 'Dhanashree Technocrats Pvt Ltd' only.
  • Tell Engine Serial Number, Hours run and Nature of Complaint clearly while lodging complaint.
  • On completion of Warranty Period get the 'Annual maintenance Contract' done with ‘Dhanashree Technocrats Pvt Ltd’ to maintain the equipment in good health.
 

2. WARRANTY SERVICES FOR KIRLOSKAR MAKE DIESEL ENGINES

Diesel Engines
  • Understand the equipment, its operation, its daily checks, periodic maintenance, its warranty terms & conditions, through your supplier and also by reading the publication provided with product.
  • Ensure your supplier has sent ERF of Engine to 'Dhanashree Technocrats Pvt Ltd', to register it on CRM of KOEL.
  • Carry out daily checks & periodic maintenances without fail.
  • Run the Equipment on its specified load only.
  • Get the servicing done from and use genuine spares, K-oil and K-cool supplied by 'Dhanashree Technocrats Pvt Ltd' only.
  • Tell Engine Serial Number, Hours run and Nature of Complaint clearly while lodging complaint.
  • On completion of Warranty Period, get the Routine Scheduled Maintenance, Any Repair Work and Overhauling done from and use genuine spares, K-oil and K-cool supplied by 'Dhanashree Technocrats Pvt Ltd' only. to maintain it in good health.

3. TRAINING FOR THE OPERATIONS & PERIODIC MAINTENANCE

  • Whenever our Engineer visits your equipment for any servicing or attending a complaint, ensure your concerned personnel operating & maintaining the equipment are obtaining training for daily checks, operations & periodic maintenance from them.
  • If you want any special training to be conducted for your personnel, please do contact us, it will be organized on mutual convenience.
 

4. ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

  • After Warranty period, get the ‘Annual Maintenance Contract’ done with 'Dhanashree Technocrats Pvt Ltd' for maintaining good health of your equipment.
  • Quotation for AMC will be provided by us, as per your equipment and No. of visits required in a year.
  • As per average running hours of your equipments, the No. of visits can be decided, Monthly (12 visits per year), Bi-monthly (6 visits per year) or Quarterly (4 visits per year).
  • The health checks & routine servicing only will be covered under AMC. All the consumables & major work will be on chargeable basis.
  • Extra call other than AMC visit will be free of cost in ‘Premium AMC Plan’ only and for other plans it will be on chargeable basis.
 

5. POST WARRANTY JOB WORKS

  • Post warranty Job works will be carried out on call basis or through AMC.
  • Post warranty Job works will be carried out by our trained personnel by using genuine spares, oil & coolant only & on entirely chargeable basis.
 

6. TOP AND MAJOR OVERHAULS OF DIESEL ENGINES

  • Top / Major Overhauls of all engines will be carried out by our trained personnel, by using Genuine Spares only.
  • It can be carried out at site or our workshop, as per mutual convenience.
 

7. REPAIR OF KG ALTERNATOR, CANOPY AND CONTROL PANEL OF DIESEL POWER GENERATORS

  • Alternator repair, rewinding and servicing will be carried out by trained personnel.
  • Canopy repair / replacement will be carried out with genuine spares / canopy.
  • Control Panel fault rectifications, replacement of components, modifications according to need of customer will be carried out by trained personnel.
